In this class, we will be looking at the distinction between what has been called the "Invisible Church" and visible churches; between "The Holy Christian Church" and various church denominations today. Questions to be answered - "What does 'Synod' mean?"; "What is the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod?"; "What is the purpose of a 'Synod'?"; "Why have a 'Synod'?" and much more. 4 Sessions

Our calling as Christians involves faithfully caring for the tremendous gifts of God in relationships (with God, myself, family, neighbors, Body of Christ), using the tools and resources God has giving to "steward" those relationships daily. In this study, we seek to understand those outstanding blessings we have in Christ and celebrating what God has given us as we look at our use of TIME in building up the relationships above. 4 Sessions

Lessons we can apply to our congregation and lives. September 13, 2009 — May 23, 2010 Abiding Savior Lutheran Church offers Bible Classes for children ages 4-12. Classes are held every Sunday at 9:00AM (Sept-Nov) or at 9:15AM (Dec-March). A Bible lesson is taught, discussed and applied to the faith and life of the child. Craft projects and activity sheets are used to further intensify and apply the Bible lesson. Children may be enrolled by calling the church office at 968-5228 or by email—pastorsauer@abswels.net The Pastor's Class: Tuesdays: 5:30-7:00PM For those interested in what the Bible teaches or in membership at Abiding Savior - Pastor Sauer offers a class of 16 lessons that delves into the basics of the Bible and the Christian faith.
